COMPAS powers your careers page through a custom branded careers portal. COMPAS allows representatives of your organization to easily post, remove, or alter positions at anytime without a Web Developer or Web Master. The careers portal makes it easy for candidates to apply directly into your Applicant Tracking System, allowing your staffing team to track applicants by position. Additionally, COMPAS will automatically send your job descriptions out to career search engines for mass distribution.

Careers Page Setup

COMPAS will work with your Marketing Department to create a branded careers page that mirrors the existing site. Just point your current careers or jobs page to the URL provided by COMPAS, and you’re live.

Applicant Portal

Applicants have the ability to apply directly to your Applicant Tracking System so their information resides in a centralized location for future searches. COMPAS will also automatically check for duplicate applicants to ensure applicant profiles are consistently updated without creating additional profiles. This function removes the filtering of candidates that apply to a general company email address (i.e. resumes@company.com) thereby centralizing all applicants.

Pre-Screening Questions

Create a unique set of questions to capture requisition-specific information from each applicant. All questions are categorized and stored in COMPAS for later use.

EEO/OFCCP Compliance Survey

Easily add EEO/OFCCP surveys to the application process to increase regulatory compliance.

After candidates apply to a position, the Applicant Tracking System will capture where the applicants were referred from (i.e. Craigslist, Dice, Monster, Hot Jobs, Indeed, Simply Hired, LinkedIn, etc.). This makes it easy to identify the most valuable job posting sites in order to reallocate advertising dollars.
