The Situation:
LEVEL Studios specializes in user experience, digital media, and application development. Headquartered in San Luis Obispo, California, LEVEL needed to provide their internal recruiting team with the capabilities to identify top talent as well as manage the candidate list and the interview process.
The Challenge:
LEVEL Studios was using outdated recruiting methods and monitoring their recruiting process with only an Excel spreadsheet and MS Outlook. The management team at LEVEL Studios was looking for a comprehensive tool to help them increase the visibility into their recruiting process in order to improve their recruiting efficiency. In addition, LEVEL Studios required that a solution integrate seamlessly with their existing careers page to maintain a cohesive look-and-feel for their corporate website.
The Response:
COMPAS worked with the LEVEL Studios’ internal team to craft a careers page that maintained the bar set by the studio for User Experience and Visual Appeal. The studio now has the ability to attract talent and maintain consistent records for all their applicants while providing the team with the ability to quickly report any information needed.
The Result:
Through working with COMPAS, LEVEL Studios was able to deliver an Applicant Tracking System with an integrated careers pages that had the look, feel, usability, and features of their corporate website.
