COMPAS provides Outlook® integration to synchronize your e-mail correspondence with contacts in your ATS and/or hiring managers in your CRM. It also allows your human resource professionals to use Outlook® as the primary source for e-mail while easily capturing everything in COMPAS at the same time for firm wide visibility.

Add Sent and Received Outlook® e-mails to the appropriate record in COMPAS with a single click in Outlook®. You’ll have the flexibility to select the e-mails to be synced, so not to clutter profiles with irrelevant communications.
Real Time Record Matching
By utilizing the Add-In button for Outlook® you can sync all e-mail correspondence in chronological order with profiles that exist in either the ATS or the CRM.

Search COMPAS for a hiring manager or applicant profile from within Outlook® with one click of a button.
