By granting preferred vendors to the Vendor Portal, it allows you to ramp up your recruiting efforts without having the process or reporting suffer.

Add, change the status, manage the contact correspondence, and upload pertinent vendor specific agreements and documents.

Requisition Distribution to Vendor

COMPAS enables you to notify authorized staffing vendors of a new position you would like their help with and directs them to the right place to review the job criteria. Automated notifications are sent to vendors to notify them of new orders. Vendors are able to view only the position you have requested their help with.

Vendor Driven Candidate Submittal Portal

Utilizing the vendor portal allows preferred vendors to submit candidates to positions that you’ve sent them to work on. Vendors that have received positions are able to submit candidates directly into COMPAS, where they’re time stamped. This process alleviates challenges such as double submittals, previously contacted candidates, and keeps you from having to track everything manually.

Key Performance Reporting – Dashboard

Track individual vendors performance from any number of data points ranging from, fill ratio, to time to fill, to number of candidates submitted, etc… The KPI Dashboard allows you to measure the effectiveness of each vendor.
