COMPAS Enhances Local Hi-Tech Company’s Recruiting Efficiencies

San Francisco, CA – San Francisco based Hi-Tech Middleware company purchases COMPAS for Corporate to run internal recruiting tasks and attract talent for their rapidly growing offices worldwide. The internal recruitment team was experiencing challenges across the board to include candidate flow, applicant tracking, automated job postings, recruitment activity reporting, tracking/managing staffing external vendors to management visibility. Having multiple offices in the US, Europe and Asia required that they utilize a system that allows their recruiting representatives to not only track their daily recruiting activities but also manage vendors for timely contingent hires.
Since utilizing COMPAS they have seen a significant increase in applicants and have grasp a handle on their entire recruitment department. Internal recruiters, managers and vendors have been able to track the process of each candidate as they flow through the interview process whether the position is located in San Francisco, the Europe or Asia.
COMPAS for Corporate Vendor Portal allows COMPAS customers to improve the reliability of each vendor and improve the external flow of candidates being submitted. Vendors are given COMPAS login access in which they submit candidates directly to specific positions which are all time stamped eliminate common double submittal issues.
